Something Interesting for Me in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka Malaysia!

Bike Parking
I have seen first time motorcycle parking marked as car parking. I have seen this in Melaka.

Yummy Malaysian Cuisine
These foods are very popular in Malaysia. I forgot the name. There are so many Mom & Pops Family Restaurant we can find this food in Malaysia.
The strange thing is that there are so many Tamil Malaysians there, however the Dosas in the Tamil restaurants are different that what we can find in North India.

I tasted so much MSG in noodles.

Melaka is basically for weekend city in Malaysia. It is about 3 hours from Singapore and 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur. So many people come here in the weekend. However, in weekdays it's very quiet and calm. This Rickshaw is popular in Melaka for City tour.

Near Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia, there is another cave (Sri Mahamariamman Temple). There is complete Ramayana story. I have taken some of the picture. They charge MYR 5 for entry.

Standing at 42.7 m (140 ft) high, the world's tallest statue of Murugan, a Hindu deity, is located outside Batu Caves, near the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The statue, which cost approximately 24 million rupees, is made of 1550 cubic metres of concrete, 250 tonnes of steel bars and 300 litres of gold paint brought in from neighbouring Thailand. A 15 years old migrant worker in Melaka. He works 7am to 7pm and gets MYR 1100. I took his photo with his permission.

An ex-policeman, now a security guard in a private house. He works 24/7* and makes MYR1140/month. (The guard said he works for a second richest single lady in Melaka. She owns 12 such houses and a bank.).

*Officially, he starts his duty at 8am and his duty finishes at 10pm. However, unofficially he works 24/7. He takes off his security guard dress after 10 pm and starts socializing with his friends from his home country in the duty place (outside the gate where his duty is).
He has two wives and one son and one daughter. His son 19 years old also came to Malaysia and works in another city.

This guy is from Panvara, Sunsari. He works in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. He said there are around 150 migrant workers in the airport for cleaning to other jobs at the dayshift and around 60 at the nightshift.
He broke his one knee and could not work for a while. However, kind contractor put him in a duty at airport for an easy job. Now, he is fine and happy with his job. He has 12 hours duty and makes MYR 900.

He gave poses when I asked him for taking pictures.

Migrant workers (from Pharping, Near Dakshin Kali, Kathmandu) waiting for their next-day flight by RA that had been cancelled in the morning. They came from different city, because they could not speak in English, they could not request for the accommodation to the airlines representative in Malaysia. I tried to fix the problem, but the representative refused to provide, because they already send the people to the hotel and they were marked as no-show.

Many migrant workers have similar hairstyle. They said, it’s Tamil-Malaysian style.
These guys going back to make passport, because they do not have MRP. I told them, they do not need to go back to Nepal for that and can make in the Nepalese embassy in Malaysia. However, they said they tried and embassy did not respond well and failed.
This guy (with long hair) worked in Qatar and built a house spending 650,000 in Nepal. Unfortunately, earthquake destroyed it. He came to Malaysia paying NRs. 100,000 but saved less than that.
